Fahrrad XXL chooses 9A Raptor Document Warehouse as a modern and integrated document management solution

With more than 800 employees in 10 different companies, Fahrrad XXL has experienced enormous growth in recent years. To keep their document flow under control, they were looking for a modern document management system (DMS) that allowed integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The search for a new DMS arose because the previous system no longer met expectations. Fahrrad XXL experienced integration problems between their previous DMS and their ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365: “The interface did not meet our expectations,” explains Andreas. “A remote employee who worked for us at the time recommended 9A Raptor Document Warehouse. He told us about his positive experience with the system, and that we should take it into account when looking for a new system.”

So Fahrrad XXL started a selection process and 9A Raptor Document Warehouse emerged as the best and most reliable solution. “We had a good feeling about the platform and that feeling was right. The project started on time, without any problems.”

“A big advantage of using a DMS system is automation and digitization. With 9A Raptor Document Warehouse there is an additional advantage, which is the integration with our ERP system,” Andreas clarifies. Even in lockdown mode, 9A Raptor Document Warehouse kept Fahrrad XXL's wheels turning. “We had a lot of problems during the first lockdown, but since we switched to 9A Raptor Document Warehouse, our employees have been able to continue working from home.”
