As a D365 Supply Chain Consultant, you will have both regular and new customers that you will support within production and logistics by contributing with your specialized knowledge in the field.
You will primarily work with skilled and independent colleagues, each with their own area of expertise within Dynamics AX and D365FO. As a consultant, you will familiarize yourself with the customer's processes and always look for the most efficient solutions to automate the company's processes.
You will be part of a team of 60 dedicated employees, distributed around the country, who deal with both operational tasks and projects primarily within logistics and manufacturing companies.
Your tasks:
- Act as the customer's primary contact and thereby build a close relationship and good cooperation
- Analyze and optimize business processes within the supply chain
- Automate processes according to the customer's business goals
- Understand customer needs and communicate these to our developers
- Conduct workshops and execute on the results
- Participate in the design, setup and implementation of warehouse and logistics solutions
- Training the customer's employees and handing over to the customer's super users
- Advising and supporting our many operational customers.
Skills
As the ideal candidate for the position, we imagine that you have at least 5 years of experience within AX/D365FO, as this gives you the best opportunities to advise and help customers. The experience can either come from previous consulting work or from having contributed to customer implementations. You also have a good business understanding and are motivated by creating solutions in close dialog with the customer.
Your competencies:
- Several years of experience in manufacturing, logistics and supply chain - either as a consultant or super user;
- Good business understanding;
- Good knowledge of D365FO and preferably previous versions of Dynamics AX;
- You are independent and can organize your own workday;
- You are motivated by creating solutions in collaboration with customers and developers;
- You have good communication skills and speak and write Danish and English fluently;
- You thrive in an organization with a flat structure and “freedom with responsibility”.
